The service writer, Brian, was great. I can only give 4 stars because of the following. Simple oil change. I went out to the car, Brian helped me locate it, again, great guy. He went inside, I started the car - Low Oil - light came on right away. I found Brian and told him what I found. He looked the service ticket and found the lube tech only put in 6 qt. of oil, my car holds 10 qts! He said he would be right back. As I saw him leave the lube area I could see the lube tech speaking loudly to Brian in an manor that was unprofessional. The lube tech was arguing with Brian saying that he did his job correctly. Brian did the right thing and walked away. It was completely obvious that the lube tech didn't perform his job correctly - Like I said, my light came on immediately. Brian located the oil, put in 4 more qts, in, checked the level, all was good. So great assistance from service writer, Brian, poor performance and attitude from the lube tech. Overall, I'd still go back.
