He stayed at that dealership for 14 years, where he was promoted several times and learned everything he could about the auto industry. On February 1st, 1975, Jim became the proud owner of Weston Pontiac GMC alongside his wife and three children. 

Some 39 years later, Jim's sons Jacob and Joshua are training to take over the family business.
